Practical Information
Booking conditions
Deposit and payment
No deposit is required. However, for direct bookings, the full rental amount must be paid at least 3 weeks before the arrival date. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Deposit
A deposit of €250 is required for direct bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after inspection of the apartment, provided that there is no damage and everything was left in good condition. The refund will be made as soon as possible after departure.
Rental period
The rental period starts on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM and ends on the day of departure at 11:00 AM. These times ensure that the apartment has sufficient time to be prepared for the next guests. We kindly ask you to respect these times.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the rental price. This is always the same amount, regardless of the duration or period of the booking. We do ask our guests to leave the apartment tidy.

Booking for a full week is not required. However, bookings during long weekends will not be split.

The heating system throughout the apartment is brand new. When you stay at Vitamin Sea, a short manual will be provided to set the heating to your liking.
